Spring - Spring - Spring

Well spring is really cranking up now. Plants are coming in , we have a good variety of tomatoes already available. Peppers, broccoli, cabbage and we still have seed potatoes.
 We have lots of mulch in stock with more coming in, Miracle -Gro soils are also available.
  CHICKS did you say CHICKS? We still have chicks in stock with more coming . Looking for guineas we have some more coming May15 so mark your calendar.
 Lots of grass seed for your lawn are in and ready for you to plant. Lots of fertilizer and lime also in stock .
 If you are part of Putnam county 4-H don't forget about the meeting tomorrow , look for our booth with Nutrena Feed , should have some good deals for you.

I love spring. Everything is so GREEN! I've heard that the color just naturally makes people happy, but even so, I still just love seeing the mountains ever-so-slowly fade into a richer and brighter hue. The flowers start popping into pinks and purples and yellows and makes everything so pretty!

Spring is a season of renewal. After a hard winter, I look forward to spring because plants and flowers will start to bloom again. After a gray and dreary snowy winter, we will see signs of life again. Spring is the time to enjoy good weather, but it is not a time to rest for farmers. For some it is the time to plant again and for others it is time to harvest. A farmer's life is a cycle. It is the same thing season after season. This Thanksgiving we should thankful to farmers because it is their hard work and dedication to their land that people have food to put on the table. The turkey, the stuffing and even the pies we serve on Thanksgiving are the result of the work ethics of farmers across America.

Spring relaxes my mind and gives me a comfort. Because during this season I am in my own house somewhere in Chicago. And I spent all my spring season there every year. Though I am just with myself, I am still happy and contented with what I am doing alone. Just in case I got bored during spring, there are a lot of places that I could visit here. So I will never miss a chance to go there and have myself a peaceful and comfortable life.
